3. To make up the henna paste activity, here are your options:
a. Buy henna at the store (Sundance has it. Mix with water. Put small amount into corner of a clear plastic baggie. Cut off a tiny bit off the corner. Squeeze out henna paste. Make a traditional design.)
b. Create an additional mehndi design using pen and paper
c. Research the history and current state of mehndi. Answer these questions: 1. When did mehndi first develop in India? 2. Are there any famous mehndi artists? 3. What are the most popular traditional designs? 4. How has mendhi changed over time?
